Dr. Reyna has over 17 years of experience in tax consulting.
For fifteen years he has worked as a tax, financial, legal and accounting advisor of international companies in the following industries: oil, pharmaceutical, mining, metallurgical, textile, environmental, alcohol, automotive, manufacturing, construction, real estate, restaurant, aeronautics, and agricultural.
Dr. Reyna has taught courses in Accounting and Tax in universities and worked in the Tax Practice of Deloitte.
Dr. Reyna has publications on tax and holds a Ph.D. Honoris Causa, a Diploma in International Tax from Duke University, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla and Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP).

Dr. Salinas has over 18 years of experience in transfer pricing consulting.

– Transfer pricing documentation of an NBA team (corporate)
– IRS transfer pricing audit of a Sweden multinational in the US
– Transfer pricing planning of a US, Japan, Australia multinational
– Transfer pricing documentation of a Mexican manufacturer with operations in the US.
– Global documentation for a US manufacturer with operations in Europe and the Americas.
Dr. Salinas worked as a Director and Senior Economist in the Economic and Valuation Services Practice at KPMG and in the Transfer Pricing Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Houston.
Dr. Salinas has publications on transfer pricing and economics and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, and a B.A. in Economics from ITESM in Mexico City.
